Hockley Developments have proposed vibrant plans for a mixed use scheme in Coalville, Leicestershire as the Leicester Mercury reports HERE.
The plan for supported living apartments and mixed-use housing would include a modern complex of apartments and houses allowing a diverse home occupier the chance to step onto the property ladder.
On the site of Smith Crescent and Cropston Drive which currently houses a six bed care home for adults with learning disabilities, this will be replaced by 14 modern supported living apartments as well as six three bed houses, four one bed flats and two four bed flats.
Hockley Developments state "the homes would be available to anyone, and could help young first-time buyers get on the property ladder, and older residents who are looking to downsize. The houses would also free up larger family housing stock in the area.
